WIFng 2018 1st Quarterly Dinner

Women in Finance ng (WIFng), an advocacy, development and networking platform for women in the Nigerian financial sector and in finance roles is pleased to announce its forthcoming 1st 2018 Quarterly Dinner.

The WIFng 2018 1st Quarterly Dinner is scheduled to hold on Friday, January 19, 2018 at Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja. The Director-General of the Debt Management Office, Ms. Patience Oniha is the Special Guest of Honour at the event.

Ms. Oniha will be specially recognized for her contributions to the Nigerian financial sector. Under her leadership, the DMO listed the USD300Million Diaspora Bond and the USD3Billion Eurobond on the Nigerian Stock Exchange and the FMDQ platforms in December 2017.

Women in Finance ng functions as an agent for positive economic policy advocacy and also provides a platform for women in financial roles to discuss and tackle workplace and societal challenges common to women. WIFng leaders include Toyin Sanni – Group CEO, United Capital Plc, Yemisi Tayo-Aboaba – Head, International Corporates, Global Banking at Standard Chartered Bank, Funmilayo Ekundayo, Managing Director, STL Trustees Limited, Bunmi Lawson, immediate past CEO, Accion MFB Ltd, Oghogho Osula, Managing Director, Coronation MB Trustees Limited and Tokunbo Ajayi, Managing Director, United Capital Trustees Limited as well as Chief Mrs. Eniola Fadayomi, Chairman of Africa Prudential Plc, who is on the Advisory Board.

Many other prominent women in the finance sector are slated to attend the event which will be an avenue for women in finance to meet other key players in the sector.
