Toyin Sanni is an Investment Banker, Lawyer, Chartered Secretary, Stockbroker, and Author. She is currently the Group CEO of Emerging Africa Group (EAG). She has been declared the All African Business Woman of the year 2017 by the CNBC/ Forbes Africa sponsored AABLA Awards & Nigeria's CEO of the Year 2017 by the Pearl Awards Board.

Toyin Sanni, fondly called TFS, was Group Chief Executive Officer at United Capital Plc (formerly UBA Capital Plc) for over 4 years. Successfully built UC into the Pearl of the Nigerian Capital Market (Awarded most Outstanding Company on the NSE in 2017). The company also won 4 other Pearl Awards for Sectoral Excellence, Best Corporate Governance, Highest Dividend Yield and CEO of the Year 2017. Thrice declared a Top 25 CEO on the NSE by Business Day. Was Chief Executive Officer, UBA Trustees Limited and UBA Global Investor Services which she founded. Has over 30 years of experience in Investment Banking, Law and Finance. President of the Association of Investment Advisers & Portfolio Managers, a Past President of the Association of Corporate Trustees, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and an Associate of the Institute of Directors Nigeria.

Yemisi was appointed Head of Banks & Broker Dealers, Africa on January 15, 2018. She joined the Bank in May 2012 as Head of Financial Institutions, Nigeria and was later appointed Head of International Corporates, Nigeria in October 2012 for leading her team in providing strategic and value-add solutions for global and regional Corporates and local large Corporates, with international aspirations.

A seasoned finance and banking professional, with over twenty-eight years of experience in corporate banking, private equity, development finance, project finance, investment banking, accounting practice and audit. Yemisi’s work experience spans a range of senior roles in International Finance Corporation (IFC), First Bank Nigeria Group, Investment Banking & Trust Company Limited (now Stanbic IBTC Plc), Vee Networks Limited (now Airtel Nigeria Limited), the defunct Lead bank Plc and Ernst & Young (Chartered Accountants).

Ms. Bunmi Lawson is a director of the Enhancing Financial Innovation & Access (EFInA) which is a financial sector development organization that promotes financial inclusion in Nigeria. Ms. Lawson is the pioneer and immediate past Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of ACCION Microfinance Bank Limited. ACCION Microfinance Bank led by Bunmi Lawson commenced operations in May 2007 with one branch and 18 staff and over her ten-year tenor had grown to become a multi award winning National Microfinance bank with over 234,051 customer accounts in 8 states across Nigeria.

Prior to joining ACCION, Bunmi was the Executive Director of FATE Foundation Ltd/Gte, a leading business development service provider, and Finance Director Tequila Direct Marketing company and has over 30 years post graduate experience in finance, insurance, marketing, auditing and banking.

She is also a Fellow of the following Institutes; Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria, Institute of Credit & Collections Management of Nigeria and Association of Investment Advisers & Portfolio Managers of Nigeria. She is an Advisory Board Member of Bridge International Academies, Nigeria, Co-Creation Hub (CcHub), Nigeria, and a council member of the Women in Finance Nigeria Forum.

Funmi Ekundayo is an Alumna of the Harvard Business School, Boston Massachusetts and member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, United Kingdom and Nigeria. She holds a Bachelor of Law degree and Master of Laws degree from the University of Lagos. Funmi is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of Nigeria (FCIS) where she also serves as a member of the Governing Council.

Funmi began her career with the Law Firm of Bentley, Edu & Co (in association with IRVING & BONNAR), where she spent close to a decade in Law practice. She later joined Sterling Asset Management & Trustees Limited (formerly NAL Asset Management & Trustees Limited) before moving to United Capital Trustees Limited (Formerly UBA Trustees) as Head, Business Development & Marketing. Thereafter, she joined STL Trustees (Formerly Skye Trustees Limited) as an Assistant General Manager, Business Development, from where she rose to become the MD/CEO of the Company. Funmi has distinguished herself in her area of core competence as a seasoned Trust specialist engaging in the structuring of complex Legal, Financial and Trust instruments.

Funmi is the Immediate Past President of the Association of Corporate Trustees of Nigeria; Fellow, Institute of Investment and Portfolio Managers and Fellow, Portfolio Management Institute (Chartered). Funmi is an Alumna of the Lagos Business School (Chief Executive Program) and the IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain. She is a member of the Institute of Directors (Nigeria) and a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc., where she serves as an Independent Director. Funmi is a Non-Executive Board member of the National Investor Protection Fund and she also serves as a member of the National Savings Strategy Scheme. She has attended several trainings and courses locally and internationally on leadership, finance, innovation and strategy.

Oghogho has over 27 years’ Banking and finance experience ranging from Commercial Banking in Citizens International Bank plc, Private Banking in Citibank Nigeria Ltd, Investment Banking in First Securities Discount House Limited (now FSDH Merchant Bank), to Asset Management and Trust Services at Mainstreet Bank Trustees and DLM Trust Company Limited.

Her achievements so far include increasing the profitability and market share of wherever she has worked. For example, growing institutional investors to over N15 billion and managing a private client portfolio of over N5 billion in FSDH, winning several mandates ranging from N5 billion to N100 billion as the managing director of Mainstreet Trustees & Asset Management, and setting up the DLM Trust company as a subsidiary of the Dunn Loren Merrifield Group.

As the Managing Director of Coronation Trustees Limited – a subsidiary of Coronation Merchant Bank, Oghogho is responsible for developing innovative trust products and ensuring the protection of client’s assets.

She is the MD/CE of United Capital Trustees Limited. She previously worked as the Vice-President of the Head, Trust Services at UBA Trustees, also as the Company Secretary of the Head, Trust Services, UBA Trustees. Mrs. Ajayi also worked at the Corporate/Private Trust, UBA Trustees, where she rose from the position of an Officer to the position of a Manager.

Tokunbo holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from University of Ife, Ile-Ife in 1985. She is a seasoned professional with over 20 years in trusteeship services. A member of the NBA, FIDA, Nigerian Institute of Management, the Business Recovery & Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria and the British Council, Tokunbo is also an Alumnus of Phillips Consulting, South Africa SMP. She is the Financial Secretary of ACT.
